Financial planning estimates
FeeMargin provides educational calculations and financial planning estimates. It is not a bank, payment processor, marketplace or professional adviser. Results are not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice and do not create an adviser-client relationship.
Verify provider rates and your actual contract before setting prices, sending invoices or making business decisions. Rates vary by country, currency, category, payment type, subscription, volume and negotiated terms. Defaults may be illustrative. Results exclude costs not entered or expressly modeled, including taxes, refunds, disputes and some fee caps or minimums. Saved scenarios may change when assumptions or formulas are updated.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your inputs, pricing, tax treatment, compliance with platform rules, and any required customer disclosures. Reverse-invoice calculations estimate a gross amount; they do not establish that a surcharge is permitted. Do not rely on a result as a guaranteed settlement or profit.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use the tools for personal or commercial planning, download your results and share guide or quote links. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, or represent the estimates as official platform quotes. Original site content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Platform trademarks belong to their owners and their inclusion does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or uninterrupted availability. We do not promise that every fee schedule is current or that every calculation matches a provider's settlement system.
Limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FeeMargin's operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or business decisions resulting from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Mandatory statutory remedies remain available.
Third parties and advertising
External pricing sources, email providers and advertisers operate independently and are governed by their own terms. Links are for reference and do not guarantee their content or services. Advertising must be distinguished from editorial content and does not determine calculation results or fee comparisons. We are not a party to your transactions with platforms or advertisers.
Privacy and correspondence
The Privacy Policy explains local calculations, share links, correspondence and advertising disclosures. Do not submit confidential customer information. The contact composer only prepares an email; delivery depends on your email provider.
Availability and changes
We may correct, change or discontinue features and content, or restrict access to address misuse or technical issues. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date and apply prospectively, subject to any notice requirements imposed by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws. You and FeeMargin submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals from them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available in your place of residence.
