Calculator inputs stay in your browser
All calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser. Our calculator code does not transmit those inputs to a server for calculation, storage or analytics. No account is required. CSV exports are generated locally and downloaded to your device.
New quote links store inputs after the # in the URL (the fragment), which browsers do not include in HTTP requests to the host. Anyone you share the full link with can read those values. Third-party scripts running on a page can access its URL, including the fragment; the fragment prevents transmission in the initial HTTP request but does not isolate values from page scripts. Your browser history, clipboard or browser-sync service may also retain them. Avoid sensitive or identifying information.
Older quote links used query parameters before the #. Opening an older link can disclose those parameters to the hosting service before the app loads; the app migrates recognized parameters to a fragment. This legacy exception does not change where calculations are performed.
Local preferences and contact messages
Your dark/light theme preference is kept in browser local storage until you clear it. The contact composer holds its fields in page memory and does not upload them. Opening an email app transfers the composed text to that app; sending is your choice. Email you send voluntarily includes your address, message and any attachments, and is handled by the relevant email providers.
We use correspondence to respond to enquiries, investigate corrections, handle privacy requests and discuss advertising. We retain correspondence only as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping or dispute obligations. You may request deletion, subject to those obligations.
Hosting and security information
Delivering pages requires the hosting and network providers to process technical information such as IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, browser information and security events. This is separate from the local calculation engine. Provider logs and retention are governed by their service policies and configuration. This deployment uses Vercel hosting and Cloudflare domain services; their processing may take place outside your country.
Read the Vercel Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not sell calculator inputs or maintain a server-side calculator-input database.
Google AdSense and advertising cookies
This site loads the Google AdSense script for publisher ca-pub-1781335642360761 to connect with Google AdSense. Loading the script makes a request to Google, which can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information and page context. Ad availability depends on Google approval and account settings. The following disclosures explain advertising data use.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to feecutcalc.com or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. “DoubleClick DART” is legacy terminology; actual cookie names and technologies depend on the Google products in use.
Advertising vendors may read or place cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses and device information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Other ad networks, if enabled, may use their own cookies; we will identify those vendors and their privacy choices here before activation. Google is the advertising service integrated into this site.
Advertising choices and consent
Reopen Google’s consent message to change or withdraw your choices. This control becomes available when Google’s consent service loads; availability depends on your region and browser settings.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info. These choices may depend on browser, device, account and participating vendors. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily remove all ads or all cookies.

We use Google’s consent management platform for visitors covered by European regulations, including the EEA, UK and Switzerland. The message provides Consent, Do not consent and Manage options. Your privacy choices and rights
You can clear browser storage, remove saved quote links, restrict cookies and choose not to send correspondence. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise a right; we may request proportionate information to verify the request. We cannot retrieve local calculator history from your device.
Children, external links and security
FeeMargin is intended for freelancers and sellers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information. Contact us if a child has sent personal data so we can address it. External fee sources and email services have their own policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but internet transmission and third-party services cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
Policy updates
