Reporting a fee discrepancy

1. Identify the platform, account country, currency, payment method, category and plan.
2. Link to the official fee schedule and give its effective date. Note any negotiated or promotional rate.
3. Include the calculator page and entered assumptions, plus the expected fee and actual result. Shared quote links contain your inputs, so remove sensitive amounts first.
4. Explain whether shipping, tax, fixed charges, minimum fees, FX or advertising were included. Redact personal data from any example.

A result difference can reflect rounding or different fee bases. We use reproducible examples to evaluate corrections; we cannot access your provider account or resolve payment disputes.

Advertising and sponsorship

Include your business name, website, audience, proposed placement, campaign dates, budget range and destination URL. Paid placements must be clearly labeled. Sponsors cannot buy a ranking change, alter calculator arithmetic or require misleading fee claims. Google AdSense is integrated; ad availability depends on Google approval and account settings. An enquiry does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

Privacy questions

Use “Privacy request” for access, correction or deletion enquiries about correspondence. Do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process. See the Privacy Policy for how calculator inputs and email correspondence are handled.
